Our Ladies Drop-In Sessions are a welcoming and inclusive space for women of all backgrounds, nationalities and ethnicities. Whether you’re looking to meet new people, try something new, or simply relax in a supportive environment our drop-in sessions are open to all women.
These sessions provide an opportunity to connect with others, share experiences and engage in a range of activities, from social gatherings to wellness and personal development workshops.
Everyone is welcome – no matter your background or experience.

Monday – Britannia Road 11.30am – 1.30pm Tuesday – Orchard Way 12.30pm – 2.30pm Thursday – Ruscote Community Centre 12.30 – 2.30pm
Ages: All adult women
