Our Community Information Help Officer (CIHO) is here to provide valuable support and guidance to individuals and families within the community. This role focuses on connecting people with the resources, services and information they need to navigate challenges and improve their quality of life.

Whether you’re seeking advice on housing, benefits, employment, health services, or local community programs, our CIHO is available to offer practical solutions and assistance. By listening to your concerns and understanding your needs, the CIHO can provide personalised guidance and signpost you to the right organisations or services. All disclosures are dealt with sensitivity and confidentiality.

The role of Sunrise Multicultural‘s Information Help Officer is vital in ensuring that everyone in the community feels supported and informed. They act as a bridge between individuals and local services, helping to break down barriers and empower people to make informed decisions about their lives.
