Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Develop and maintain meaningful connections with individuals and groups from diverse cultural backgrounds.
⦁ Plan, coordinate, and deliver community engagement events, workshops, and initiatives.
⦁ Serve as a point of contact for community stakeholders, ensuring their voices are heard and valued.
⦁ Collaborate with other team members to promote the organization’s services and programs.
⦁ Advocate for inclusivity, cultural awareness, and respect within the organization and the wider community.
⦁ Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve engagement strategies and activities.
